HOW IT WORKS
NFC
TECHNOLOGY
Near Field Communication (NFC) is the same secure technology used for contactless payments. It can only be read when your smartphone is held within 3-5 centimeters or 1-2 inches of the Twiceme symbol on the equipment.
LOCAL
STORAGE
Your Medical ID is locally and securely stored both in the Twiceme app, and once uploaded, on your equipment NOT in the cloud. This ensures your personal data can never be broadcasted or shared beyond your control.

You stay in control of what's stored on your equipment. With Twiceme, It's always optional you decide what personal information to add or remove, and nothing is uploaded or tracked in the background.
MEDICAL
ID
With Twiceme, your Medical ID is easily retrievable for ANY emergency situation. Sharing simple data such as, 'no known allergies' or 'no pre-existing conditions' helps save critical time during a situation. Even in remote locations using the Twiceme app.

HOW TO REGISTER:

On the “What brings you to Twiceme?” page, click on “Work”
Sign in or create an account using the work email associated with your company. Please note: If an administrator has
1) invited you it must be the same email address, or
2) has created an “Open workspace” the email address must be from the same domain (first.last@domain.com)
Read the user agreement, scroll down, and Accept at the very bottom of that page
Verify your email (open link in mail app)
NOTE: If you chose the option "skip for now", you will go straight to the agreement. Accept the agreement and then you land on the Home page. You need to create an account before you can join a workspace, which you can do at the top of the home page.

Click "You're invited to join a workspace" at the top of the Home screen, if invited. Or, "Let's join a workspace!" if the workspace is set to "domain-based join".
Accept invite or request to join the workspace.

Input your Medical ID information as prompted.
Upload your Medical ID to the equipment by clicking on the green “upload to equipment” button.
When you see, “ready to scan”, hold your phone over the Twiceme icon on the top of the helmet and wait for the phone to read it.
The phone should vibrate or provide a sound to notify you it has found the NFC tag.
Then when the phone and the NFC tag sync, the screen will turn green.

Open the Twiceme app and tap "Register equipment." The app will ask you to scan your equipment — just hold your phone close to the Twiceme logo on it until it reads. Once scanned, you'll select the model of your equipment and then choose which Workspace to add it to.
From there, it depends on your role:
Anyone can add their own equipment to a Workspace they're part of.
Admins only can assign equipment to a specific person in the Workspace.
Not sure what role you have? Ask your Workspace admin.
NOTE: If a member already registered their equipment before joining the workspace, they need to go to their equipment page and edit the workspace associated to the equipment.
